I help children overcome picky eating, ARFID, PFD, and other food-related struggles. Also I support parents through the emotional maze of mealtimes. I combine modern nutritional science with child-centered, therapeutic feeding approaches to support families and professionals alike.

Why I Do This
Feeding challenges aren’t just frustrating. They’re lonely, overwhelming, and deeply misunderstood. I’ve lived that story — as a child, and later, as a mom.
